TeXnicCenter comes with a comprehensive help system including help for TeXnicCenter and a LaTeX reference. Use TeXnicCenter's Help menu to open the table of contents or the help search. An additional option to consult the LaTeX reference is to place the text cursor on a LaTeX command and pressing F1.

3Consult LaTeX Community
LaTeX Community is an internet portal dedicated to LaTeX and friends. Its usage is completely free of charge. It also contains a bulletin board where TeXnicCenter has its own forum - this is the official TeXnicCenter user group. At first use the board's search capabilities (can be done without registration) to check whether your question has already been posted and answered.
